With over 32 years of experience, Sandeep has been involved in designing and developing organisations and related processes to create an effective and impactful leadership and achieve

He is an allumni of iconic institutions like IIM Bangalore and Defence Services Staff College,Wellington and brings unique insights, varied perspectives and practical execution focus strategy to help organisations grow and realise their potential. His vast experience includes both services in Indian Army as a Colonel as well as CEO and COO of a number of Corporate organisations in diverse industries and geographies. He is a recipient of Vishisht Seva Medal (VSM) from President of India for Distinguished Service and Leadership.
